No upfront payment for the basic package: its cost is covered through a two-month rental offset. We require one rent-free month for setup.

Can I join if my unit is still empty?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for bare units at Astrum Ampang, including those without lights, fans or curtains. Final eligibility is subject to a unit assessment.
Is there an upfront payment for the basic package?
Under this bare-unit offer, the basic package is covered through a two-month rental offset. One rent-free month is required for setup. All periods and costs will be stated in the agreement before you commit.
Who pays the utilities and building maintenance fees?
Under the agreed guaranteed-rental package, Kota Living covers electricity, water, Wi-Fi, Indah Water and housekeeping. Building maintenance fees remain the owner's responsibility, subject to the agreement.
What if my unit is already fully furnished?
Share your unit details and photos with us. We will review the furnishings and suitability before proposing an offer.
Can I book a stay with Kota Living?
Yes. Visit our Airbnb profile to explore our listings. You can also choose “I'm looking for a stay” in the enquiry form and send your dates and guest count through WhatsApp.
