Discuss the furnished package ›Already furnished? Share photos for an assessment. The final inventory, contribution schedule and offer depend on your unit. Clear responsibilities. Kota Living covers electricity, water, Wi-Fi, Indah Water and housekeeping under the agreed package. The owner remains responsible for building maintenance fees. Rates, repairs, exclusions and payment dates follow the signed agreement.
